-We made the engraving in a special technique of conversion your picture to the jewel with a computerized laser engraving machine. The image is engraved onto the surface of the pendant. It is permanently engraved and not adhered to the surface with any sort of adhesive or sticker. The engraved image is an exact replica of the uploaded photo, comes professionally cropped and is enhanced per your instructions by our professional engravers.

-The photo is permanently etched into the surface of the pendant. The surface of the pendant can be scratched however, so we recommend not wearing multiple pendants together or with other charms to prevent scratches.

-We suggest storing your custom photo pendant in a cool dry area such as a jewelry box or place it in the jeweler’s gift box that it was delivered in.
