It is permanently engraved and not adhered to the surface with any sort of adhesive or sticker. The engraved image is an exact replica of the uploaded photo, comes professionally cropped and is enhanced per your instructions by our professional engravers.

-The photo is permanently etched into the surface of the pendant. The surface of the pendant can be scratched however, so we recommend not wearing multiple pendants together or with other charms to prevent scratches.

-We suggest storing your custom photo pendant in a cool dry area such as a jewelry box or place it in the jeweler’s gift box that it was delivered in. This will remove any oil and residue build-up that may settle on the surface with normal wear.

To preserve the beauty and longevity of both the engraving and the keepsake, we suggest that you remove your pendant when showering, bathing or swimming and put in a safe place until you are out of the water.
